    • Simulation: “The Quality Chain Reaction”

    • Day-1 Closure: Q & A and Reflection

  • Day-2: Communication, Engagement, and Ownership

    • Speaking Up Without Fear

    • Good Documentation Practices and Data Integrity

    • Quality Ownership in Daily Work

    • Training Workshop Summary: Q & A and Reflection

Training Methodology:

  • Highly interactive and practical learning with case studies & group activities.

  • Performance Assessment of attendees:

    • Pre-test at the starting of the course

    • Knowledge check at the end of key steps/ stages of the course

    • Post-test at the end of the course

  • Providing training materials (spiral binding book containing training presentation, worksheets etc.).

  • Issuance of training completion certificate to attendees.
